AMD Radeon RX 7600 Specifications Leaked – Draws 165W of Power

AMD is expected to release its Radeon RX 7600 GPU, most probably to compete with NVIDIA’s RTX 4060 (Ti). Recently, its full specifications were leaked by HD Technologia, giving us more idea about the graphics card’s performance. Similar to the RTX 4060 Ti, the RX 7600 will feature 8GB of GDDR6 memory, also running on a 128-bit memory interface. Interestingly, it also uses PCIe 4.0 x8, similar to the RTX 4060 Ti. I guess its performance may be similar to or slightly slower than NVIDIA’s 4060. Check out more details below.

AMD Radeon RX 7600 Specs Leaked – Only Slightly Faster Than the RX 6600 XT?

AMD’s Radeon RX 7600 may be just around the corner, as its full specifications have emerged. Similar to the RX 7900 XTX and RX 7900 XT, the RX 7600 is based on AMD’s latest RDNA 3 architecture. However, it doesn’t seem to be using a GCD and MCD design like its big brother. Instead, its GPU is based on a 6nm fab process, with 32 Compute Units, 32 Ray Accelerators, 64 AI accelerators, and 2048 Stream Processors. It is worth mentioning that its predecessor, the RX 6600, doesn’t have AI accelerators.

Similar to NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 4060 Ti, the RX 7600 has 8GB of GDDR6 memory running on a 128-bit memory interface. It has a memory speed of 18 Gbps and an effective memory bandwidth of up to 476.9 GB/s with AMD Infinity cache. It also has the same PCIe 4.0 x8 interface as its predecessor and reportedly the 4060 as well.

amd radeon rx 7600 specifications

According to reports, the RX 7600 is expected to launch on May 25, two days after the RTX 4060 Ti becomes available. We have yet to determine the price of the RX 7600, but I doubt that it will be priced higher than $399. If its performance is slightly slower than the RTX 4060 Ti, then I expect it to be priced lower; otherwise, it will have no chance of competing against the 4060 Ti.
