You might notice lately that there is lots of news regarding the upcoming X99 motherboards. Major motherboard manufacturers like MSI, Gigabyte and ASRock already revealed their upcoming X99 motherboards. If you can still remember, it was Asus who first officially announced their Z97 motherboards, but it seems it’s the other way around this time. Many are very eager to see Asus’ upcoming X99 motherboards, including the Asus Rampage V series. However, Asus remained silent this time or perhaps they are just waiting for the right time. They haven’t teased us of anything yet regarding their upcoming X99 motherboards. However, someone from Asus made a mistake and they accidentally leaked out the manual (via their own site) of their upcoming Asus X99 Deluxe motherboard, revealing all the information including features and specifications of the said motherboard. Want to know more about Asus’ X99 Deluxe motherboard? Check out more details below.
UPDATE 2: Photos of the upcoming Asus X99 Deluxe recently surfaced! Wow the new Black with white accent looks great. If the X99 Deluxe is this good, how much more will the Rampage V be? I’m really excited to see what Asus has for us. Check out the new article regarding the Asus X99 Deluxe here with live photos, and price and where to buy.
UPDATE: Sorry guys, but the guys from Asus contacted me and asked me to undisclosed the leaked information regarding the Asus X99 Deluxe motherboard. Oh well, since they asked nicely, we’ll respect their request and I decided to remove the content. But the good news is that they will send the X99 Deluxe and hopefully the Rampage V as well for review. We’ll get to know more about them eventually so just be patient. For now check out Gigabyte, MSI and ASRock’s X99 motherboards here.

lame, I have been waiting to do my next build with the Asus Rampage V (Formula or Extreme or Black Edition). So this sucks for me, hope its sometime this year at least, I would like to start the build this year.
i literally just bought the rampage 4 black edition last month to…
Yikes! Just sell the Rampage 4 if you think you need the speed and performance of the Rampage 5 together with the new Haswell-E CPU and DDR4 mems. You’ll have to reinvest not only on the motherboard, but also on the processor and DDR4 memory as well, since they are not backwards compatible with the X79.
