Crucial BX200 960GB SSD Review – A Budget Friendly SSD

Crucial BX200 960GB HD Tune Pro Benchmark

Here we have the benchmark result of the Crucial BX200 960GB SSD using the HD Tune Pro 5.50 Hard Disk and SSD Utility. Average read speed I got was 367.2MB/s, however average write speed was only 96.7MB/s. I did the write test several times and it keeps showing the same result. I have seen the same write performance behavior with ADATA’s SP550 SSD, also powered with a Silicon Motion SM2256 controller with TLC NAND flash from SK Hynix.
