Crucial BX200 960GB AS SSD Benchmark
Below are the results I got with AS SSD Benchmark tool. Notice that during this test, the BX200 performed a tad better than its predecessor.
Crucial BX200 960GB PCMark 8 – Storage Test Benchmark
Finally, we have the PCMark 8 – Storage Test benchmark tool. This test uses real-world traces from MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and games like World of Warcraft and Battlefield 3. The first two screenshots are the results from the BX200 960GB empty and 79% full respectively. And the third one is the result from the BX100 500GB SSD.
Based on PCMark 8’s storage test, the BX200 generally performed satisfactorily with a storage bandwidth of around 194MB/s and a score of around 4900 points. The results are fairly acceptable, but again, its predecessor got a higher score.
