Henry Cavill Builds His Gaming PC – Here are the Specs of his PC

By now, I’m guessing many of you are aware that Henry Cavill is into PC. Not Xbox, not Playstation. He’s PC Master Race, ouh! Recently, on his Instagram account, he posted a video of him building a gaming PC for the first time. That’s right folks, this is his first gaming PC that he personally built. If you are wondering what kind of gaming PC that Henry built, check out the specifications below.

Look at Henry Cavill, just screwing it with confidence! XD

Henry Cavill’s First Self-Build Gaming PC Is Powered By AMD

Henry has probably done his research and it looks like his building a top of the line productivity and gaming PC. He blurred out the logos and branding on his videos. This clearly isn’t sponsored. But for those who are familiar with those brands and components, I’m pretty sure you can make out what the specs are.

For those who are wondering what components did Henry Cavill choose for his gaming PC, below are the specs:

Henry Cavill went with an AMD system for his first build. It is powered by a Ryzen 9 3900X paired with an Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Hero motherboard. He probably got an Assassin’s Creed Valhalla as well, if he purchased the CPU recently from an AMD Promo participating retailer.

His monitor is a 4K 144Hz G-Sync gaming monitor, so he went with one of the best RTX 2080 Ti in the market. And that’s the Asus ROG Strix 2080 Ti OC Gaming. That’s sufficient to push those frames on a 4K gaming monitor. Again, if he purchased the graphics card recently, he also probably got a copy of Death Stranding.

He also went with a 32GB DDR4-3600 memory and a couple of high-performance Samsung 970 Pro NVMe SSDs. Henry Cavill clearly knows what components to get. And he has picked one of the best, if not the best, components available in the market.

Now remember, this is not his first gaming PC. He has (pre-built) custom PCs over the years. But this is his first gaming PC that he personally built. In a previous interview, Henry Cavill did mention that he has not quite ventured into building his own gaming PC. He said:

That’ll be the next project, as soon as I find enough time, and the bravery, I might put my own PC together.

I say not bad for a first timer. I think he did his research, perhaps quite a lot, starting with the component selection. As you can see, he still reads the manual. And despite his hulking muscle, he built his gaming PC with care and passion.

I wonder what will he post next? Will we see him playing The Witcher III? I hope so…
