NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super Founders Edition Review – For 1440p to 4K Gaming

NVIDIA RTX 2080 Super Founders Edition – Monster Hunter World Benchmarks

Monster Hunter World doesn’t have ray tracing features, but it does have DLSS. Again, I’d rather not enable DLSS even though there is a sharpening option. I hope they would implement ray tracing in this game as well since this is one of the best games (in my opinion) released in the recent years. I tested MHW at highest graphics settings, HD texture pack isn’t enabled and I am using one of the game’s cutscene, “Asteria”, to benchmark the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super graphics card. Below are the results I got:

Unfortunately, the performance difference of the RTX 2080 Super from its predecessor is only around 2%. That’s very small or insignificant at all. Nevertheless, the RTX 2080 Super would be a good graphics card if you are using a 1080p or 1440p high refresh rate monitor. Up next is Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
