NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super Founders Edition Review – For 1440p to 4K Gaming

NVIDIA RTX 2080 Super Founders Edition – Synthetic Benchmarks

Like in my previous graphics cards review, I’m going to start with the synthetic benchmarks first. These may not totally reflect of how the graphics cards will perform with real games but it will give us an idea how one graphics card fare to another, or how fast are they generally speaking. Some of you may not be interested in synthetic benchmarks, but there are others who would like to see them. You can use the table of contents to skip to the benchmark results that you would like to see first.

I include 3DMark Fire Strike, 3DMark Fire Strike Extreme, 3DMark Fire Strike Ultra, 3DMark Time Spy and 3DMark Time Spy Extreme. I’ve also included Unigine 2’s Superposition benchmark at 1080p, 1440p and 2160p resolution. Below are the scores that I got with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super Founders Edition:

As you can see from the results above, the RTX 2080 Super is generally faster than the RTX 2080. But not by the huge margin. There’s still a significant performance difference between the RTX 2080 Super and RTX 2080 Ti.

Now let’s check how the RTX 2080 Super FE performs with real games on the next following pages.
