NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Founders Edition Review – Finally The Graphics Card for 4K Gaming!

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti FE – Monster Hunter World Benchmarks

One of my favorite game this year – Monster Hunter World; it’s not the most visually eye-pleasing game released, but the graphics is pretty decent and the game is fun to play overall. I do hope Capcom would release an HD / Hi-Res texture pack for this game though. Below are the results I got with the RTX 2080 Ti Founders Edition in MHW:

Note that Monster Hunter World doesn’t have an in-game benchmark tool. But I am using one of the game’s cutscene, “Asteria”, to benchmark the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Founders Edition. The card has no problems driving this game on 1080p and 1440p, but it struggles to get 60 fps average on 2160p resolution. The game isn’t loaded with eye-candy features and it’s not even running on HD or Hi-Res textures. Probably it’s just poor optimization. But I hope Capcom would fix this soon, or perhaps add DLSS feature as well.
