Early last month, ViewSonic announced two new gaming monitors under their new sub-brand “ViewSonic ELITE” – the ViewSonic XG240R and XG350R-C. The XG240R is a 24-inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920×1080 and features a fast refresh rate of 144Hz as well as AMD FreeSync technology. The XG350R-C on the other hand is a 35-inch ultrawide curved monitor with a resolution of 3440×1440 and features a refresh rate of 100Hz with FreeSync technology as well. The XG350R-C is also using an MVA panel and according to the company it supports high dynamic range or HDR content. ViewSonic ELITE™ launches with a pair of new gaming monitors: XG240R and XG350R-C. The XG240R and XG350R-C are the first monitors aligned with partnered software programs that enable customizable RGB lighting capabilities. ViewSonic Elite XG240R 144Hz 1080p Gaming Monitor
The ViewSonic XG240R is the first 24-inch monitor under the ViewSonic ELITE™ sub-brand featuring customizable RGB integration. ViewSonic Elite XG350R-C 1440p 100Hz Ultrawide Curve Gaming Monitor
The XG350R-C 35-inch monitor is the primary ultra-wide curved gaming monitor under the ViewSonic ELITE™ line. With a1800R curve, the XG350R-C features WQHD (3440×1440) resolution and comes equipped with customizable RGB lighting, as well as AMD FreeSync™ technology to eliminate tearing. The XG350R-C also comes with proprietary SonicExpert® sound enhancement technology, offering a completely immersive gaming experience from audio to visuals. With the 35-inch ultra-wide curved screen, the XG350R-C provides a broader field of view, ensuring gamers will never miss a thing on the screen.
Both the XG240R and XG350R-C include HDMI and DisplayPort connections, multiple USB 3.0 inputs, and built-in speakers. The monitors were designed with ergonomic functions with stands that swivel/tilt, rotate and adjust in height, making sure gamers can spend long hours gaming comfortably.

Pricing and Availability
The ViewSonic ELITE XG240R and XG350R-C gaming monitors will be available starting January 2019 and comes with the following manufacturer’s suggested retail price: $266 USD for the XG240R and $716 USD for the XG350R-C. Love the monitor, I have the XG350R-C and it has been amazing. However, I cannot get the RGB to sync with either TT RGB Plus or Razer Synapse 3, let alone even show up. Not the biggest complaint in the world, but it is fairly annoying when trying to sync all of your RGB.
