XFX Radeon RX 5600 XT THICC II Pro 14Gbps Review

1080p Game Benchmarks

The Radeon RX 5600 XT is geared towards 1080p gaming. That’s why AMD is calling this GPU as “The Ultimate Graphics Card for 1080p Gaming”. Also, there are still many gamers who are gaming at this resolution. So, let’s see if the XFX RX 5600 XT Thicc II Pro 14Gbps is indeed the ultimate graphics card for 1080p gaming.

Based on the benchmark results above, the RX 5600 XT is capable of playing games at 1080p even at the highest graphics quality. Although, calling it the “ultimate 1080p gaming card” is a bit of a stretch. If you are using a 1080p high refresh rate monitor, you may need to tone down the graphics quality to achieve higher frame rates. Especially if the game you are playing is graphics intensive.

If you have a 1080p 240Hz monitor, depending on how graphics intensive the game is, this graphics card may not have the enough GPU power to push those many frames and maximize the potential of a 165Hz or 240Hz 1080p monitor. Now let’s see how this graphics card fare on a 1440p resolution.
