Lexar recently released its latest Professional SSD series – the Lexar NM800 PCIe Gen4x4 NVMe SSD. It’s available in SSD only and with a heatsink option. Speed-wise, the NM800 PRO offers speeds of up to 7,500MB/s sequential read and up to 6,500MB/s sequential write. Lexar is using an Innogrit IG5236 controller paired with 176L 3D TLC NAND flash to deliver such read/write speeds. The heatsink variant is compatible not only with PCs, but it is compatible with the PlayStation 5 console as well. The NM800 Pro is now available on Amazon.com here.
