Lexar released its Professional CFexpress Type B Card Diamond Series, dubbed as the world’s fastest to date. It offers read speeds of up to 1,900MB/s and write speeds of up to 1,700MB/s, with a minimum sustained write speeds of 1,600MB/s; making it ideal for 8k raw videos. The new CFexpress Type B Diamond Series card features PCIe Gen 3×2 and NVMe protocols and it is also VPG 400 video class complaint. The said card is also backward compatible with select XQD cameras.
