MSI recently announced that their (prebuilt) gaming desktop PCs are now powered with the latest 11th Gen Intel Rocket Lake processors. These desktop PCs are also equipped with the latest NVIDIA RTX 30 series graphics card, up to an RTX 3090 depending on the model. They also support PCIe Gen 4 interface, NVIDIA Resizable BAR, 2.5G LAN, and Intel WiFi 6E. These gaming desktop PCs are the MSI MEG Aegis Ti5 11th, MEG Trident 11th series, and the Infinite 11th series. Check out more details below.
MSI Gaming Desktop PC with RTX 30 and 11th Gen Intel CPU
MSI announced its gaming desktops equipped with Intel 11th Gen Rocket Lake-S processor recently. The 11th generation Intel Core processor adopts Cypress Cove’s new architecture, which changes hardware and software efficiency and improves their performance. The new gaming desktops come with up to NVIDIA RTX 3090 graphics card for the best gaming experience.
MSI launched a total of five models this time; from the flagship Aegis Series to the eSport Gaming Infinite Series, as well as the compact-sized Trident Series, to meet the hardware needs of different players.
The MSI Aegis Ti5 11th Desktop PC
MEG Aegis Ti5 11th has the world’s first Gaming Dial design, which can quickly switch system performance settings according to the different needs of players. In terms of hardware, it is equipped with the latest Intel Core i9-11900K processor and NVIDIA RTX 3090 graphics card, with MSI’s exclusive Silent Strom Cooling 4 cooling design.

MSI MEG Infinite X 11th and MAG Infinite 11th Desktop PCs

MSI MEG Trident X 11th, MPG Trident A 11th, and MPG Trident 3 Gaming Desktop PCs
The MSI MEG Trident X 11th challenges the limit of mini-gaming desktops. It puts the i9-11900K processor and (up to) NVIDIA RTX 3090 graphics card in a 10L big case; with a built-in PCIe Gen 4 SSD, and dual Thunderbolt 4 design. This offers players to enjoy the best gaming experience in a small form factor unit.
On the other hand, the MPG Trident A 11th is specially designed for gamers who look for performance. It can support up to an i7-11700 processor and (up to) NVIDIA RTX 3070 graphics card. With the exclusive Silent Storm Cooling 3 technology, the system can maintain high performance after long hours of operation.
The MSI MPG Trident 3 is the smallest in the group, at only 4.7L in size. It is targeted towards the mainstream players and is equipped with an Intel Core i7-11700 processor and (up to) NVIDIA RTX 3060Ti graphics card. It also has a built-in WiFi 6E wireless network, and up to 2.5G/bps transmission rate.

I don’t see MSI’s new Trident 11th series listed yet. But there is a MEG Trident X 10TE-1281US with a 10th gen Core i7-10700K paired with a GeForce RTX 3080 listed for around $2,500. You can check it out at Newegg.com here.
Take note that the motherboards that came with these desktop series are from MSI but crippled in terms of both software (bios) and hardware (missing pump, missing x2 sata, no external antenna so the wifi is weaker). Due to this, they have a different bios which are rarely updated. If there’s an update or upgrade features for that particular motherboard, you won’t get it for the desktop series. So best is to avoid the desktop series or just get the plain motherboard.
