LG USA Announces Slimmest LG gram Laptop Ever – LG gram SuperSlim
LG Electronics USA launched the latest addition to its new 2023 LG gram laptop lineup – the LG gram SuperSlim. Designed with ultra-portability in mind, LG’s gram SuperSlim laptops measure at just .43-inches thick, making it the thinnest LG gram ever.
The LG gram SuperSlim is equipped with Intel’s Evo 13th Gen Processor and Intel Iris Xe graphics as well as a brilliant 15.6-inch anti-glare OLED display with a 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut and VESA DisplayHDR True Black, delivering exceptional image resolution with true-to-life detail and stunning, deep black levels.
Weighing just over 2 pounds and having passed seven tests for military-grade durability, the gram SuperSlim is made for those who are always on the move. This LG gram also features a redesigned compact power adapter and multiple ports, including three USB Type-C ports, two of which support Thunderbolt™ 4 compatibility, and 4 pole headphone jack to boost efficiency and productivity. LG gram 16Z90R and 17Z90R Thin and Lightweight Laptop
LG’s latest thin and lightweight laptops get a makeover and upgrade. The LG gram 17″ 17Z90R and 16″ 16Z90R are equipped with an NVIDIA GeForce™ RTX 3050 4GB Laptop GPU, a 13th Gen Intel® Core™ Processor, and a Gen4 NVMe™ SSD. Each of the new models weighs in at less than 1.45 kilograms – despite having a large battery that can handle more than 20 hours of video playback on a single charge – and comes with the same conveniently compact adapter included with the gram Ultraslim.
Note: The 17Z90R and 16Z90R are also available with an iGPU variant, the Intel Iris Xe. Also, the RTX 3050 4GB laptop GPU is not the latest Laptop GPU from NVIDIA. The latest Laptop GPU is the RTX 40 series, based on NVIDIA’s latest Ada Lovelace architecture. I don’t know why LG opted to use an older-generation GPU.
LG’s newest grams also boast superb picture quality, with all models employing an IPS panel with an anti-glare coating. New for this year, variable refresh rate (VRR) support will enable LG gram users to enjoy seamless, tear- and stutter-free graphics when gaming, while the arrival of Dolby Atmos will deliver immersive audio that helps bring movies, music, and games to life.
