ASUS Introduces Zenfone 11 Ultra – A New Era of Smartphone

ASUS launched the Zenfone 11 Ultra today, the newest model in their flagship smartphone line. The Zenfone 11 Ultra introduces a bigger size, combining advanced technology and top performance.

According to ASUS Co-CEO S.Y. Hsu:
“With Zenfone 11 Ultra, ASUS provides users with premium design, a flagship camera, AI features, and a longer battery life,”. “In short, Zenfone 11 Ultra is everything a flagship phone in 2024 should be and it will provide the greatest benefit to the end user.”

Ultra-immersive display meets sustainable design

The Zenfone 11 Ultra features a 6.78-inch 120 Hz AMOLED display with Pixelworks® technology, offering bright and lively visuals. Its LTPO technology adjusts the refresh rate between 1 and 120 Hz to save battery life. For gaming, it can go up to 144 Hz for smoother play. The design stands out with a 94% screen-to-body ratio, thanks to much thinner bezels.

When it comes to color options, the Zenfone 11 Ultra is available in four colors: Skyline Blue, Eternal Black, Misty Grey, and Desert Sand. These colors are inspired by different landscapes, such as Scandinavian skies and desert dunes. The phone has a matte back cover with a mirror-finish ASUS 30th anniversary logo, designed for a high-quality feel and comfortable grip.

The Zenfone 11 Ultra isn’t just durable and sleek; it’s also eco-friendly. The phone’s frame is made from 100% recycled aluminum, and its screen includes more than 20% recycled glass. This approach helps ASUS move towards a more sustainable supply chain. Additionally, the packaging uses 94% less plastic by using wrapping paper for the phone and cable.

Ultra-performance backed by a more powerful battery

The Zenfone 11 Ultra delivers strong performance with the Snapdragon® 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform. This advanced technology ensures smooth functioning for all activities, including heavy gaming and multitasking. It comes with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, making it a reliable device for AI tasks, smooth gaming, and high-quality graphics.

Powering the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 CPU is a 5500 mAh battery, making its battery life 26.5% better than its previous model. Users can use their phones longer without interruptions. With over 26 hours of regular use, the Zenfone 11 Ultra offers impressive battery performance in the smartphone market.

The phone now features 65 W HyperCharge for fast charging, letting users quickly power up their devices. It also supports 15W wireless charging with any Qi1.3-compatible charger for extra convenience.

Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra’s Camera – The epitome of ultra-imaging

The Zenfone 11 Ultra’s camera system takes smartphone photography and videography to a new level. It offers top-notch stability and sound quality with a 50 MP main camera and features like a 6-Axis Hybrid Gimbal Stabilizer 3.0, Super HyperSteady video stabilization, and 3D surround-sound recording powered by OZO Audio. The third-generation gimbal stabilizer ensures videos are clear and steady, even on the move, making it easy to take professional-quality shots.

It also includes software improvements to boost its camera features. The AI Portrait Video mode creates a depth-of-field effect for a more professional look in videos, and manual focus adjustment lets users control the focus for creative storytelling.

AI support improves the Zenfone 11 Ultra’s usability with features like HyperClarity and AI Object Sense, enabling users to take clear, realistic photos. HyperClarity uses deep learning to enhance image clarity when zooming in, by reconstructing images with added details recognized by AI. The 32 MP front camera also offers better performance in low light and a wider angle, making for great selfies in various conditions.

The power of ultra-intelligence

The Zenfone 11 Ultra uses the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3’s AI to improve how users interact with their device. Its AI Noise Cancellation, based on machine learning, provides clear audio for phone calls, messaging apps, and in-game chats.

The device also features an AI Call Translator, which quickly turns speech into text and translates it into the user’s chosen language. Using advanced AI, the Zenfone 11 Ultra can understand the context of conversations, making it easier to communicate across different languages. The translated text is then turned back into spoken words, making it simpler for users around the world to connect and understand each other.

The Zenfone 11 Ultra’s AI Wallpaper feature lets users easily create custom wallpapers in six different styles. With a few simple commands, the advanced AI algorithm helps users make unique backgrounds that show off their personal style, making their device more personalized.

It also includes an AI Transcript feature that provides instant transcription in the recorder app, both during live recording and for existing audio files. This function uses the phone’s recorder to convert speech to text directly on the device, avoiding cloud uploads and keeping your data private and handy.

Lastly, the Zenfone 11 Ultra improves file management with its Semantic Search feature. Users can use keywords to search for photos in their gallery and apps, thanks to its learning capabilities. This user-friendly feature responds to natural language commands, works in multiple languages, and doesn’t need an internet connection. It’s also built into the phone’s settings, making it easy to use and enhancing the setup process.
