The last time I saw or tested a portable SSD capable of reaching 2,000MB/s of transfer speed was the SanDisk Extreme Pro Portable SSD V2. It was a good drive until users started reporting that they lost their data due to the sudden failure of the portable SSD. If you are looking for a different portable SSD (also) from a reputable brand, Samsung recently released its latest Portable SSD T9 series.
